Professional Mortgage Fees - As we are renumerated by lenders , we only charge fees if there is considerable out of policy work carried out on behalf of clients. However if a mortgage is pre-approved and not taken up by the applicant, a small professional fee will be charged to cover our services. In the event that the mortgage proceeds after this fee is paid, it may be refunded once the mortgage drawsdown. This administration fee is payable within 45 days of the pre-approval granted.
